Project Manager (Cad Technical Designer)

We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER (CAD TECHNICAL DESIGNER) for our engineering unit. Full time position.

The Senior Technical Designer is in charge of the transition from an initial design concept to the final architectural drawings. The Senior CAD Technical Designer collaborates with cross-functional partners to devise the most appropriate development of the product for both aesthetical and functional intent, in consideration of the current production technology. He/she will liaise with business partners to obtain clear direction and with suppliers and subcontractor to assess feasibility and product costing.

candidates should be able to multi-task and prioritize work, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team environment and will

• have a past experience in midsized/large companies;
• develop and review completed drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards;
• assist senior level staff and management with clients, subcontractors, and design teams on moderate to high complex project issues;
• scout the most suitable resources for innovative projects where no significant previous experience is available;
• work closely with clients, staff, management and subcontractors to determine if scope of work or budgets need to be revised and alternative design solutions need to be devised;
• can proactively solve problems and effectively manage multiple challenges
• have in-depth knowledge of the Office package;
• have in-depth knowledge of 3D CAD design;
• have outstanding client management skills
• have excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (at least level C1);
• travel and take part to domestic and international projects;
• preferably be proficient with the Microstation, Solid Edge, design software;
• be proficient with Autocad 2D / 3D and project renderings.

CNC Machinists

We are looking for CNC MACHINIST to join our production unit.

Position requirements:

• Set up and trouble shoot 3/5 axis machines for large complex parts;
• Operating and performing quality checks on CNC systems, 3/5 AXIS;
• Have excellent aptitude for teamwork;
• Must be able to read and interpret 2D/3D engineered drawings and work instructions
• Must have a knowledge of plant programming and ISO languages;
• Immediate availability;
• Available to work on shifts;
• Familiarity with CMS – SCM – BIESSE – HOMAG machines is welcomed.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AT LEAST ONE YEAR IN OPERATING A CNC MACHINE TO QUALIFY -this is not an entry level position-

CNC Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an expert CNC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our production unit.

Position requirements:

• minimum experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;
• in-depth mechanical, pneumatic and electronic skills of complex CNC systems are required;
• can proactively solve problems and have a hands on approach;
• strong sense of duty;
• proficiency with Office package, Outlook and maintenance programs;
• ability to work on a team environment;
• familiarity with CMS – SCM – BIESSE – HOMAG machines is welcomed.

We are looking for an expert SURFACE TREATMENT TECHNICIAN (PAINT PROCESS AND SIMILAR) to join our production unit.

Position requirements:

• minimum experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;
• skills in manual (spray) and automated (robot and line) surface treatment;
• knowledge of the most used products and additives for surface treatments;
• deep knowledge of the preparation of dyes, stains and mixes;
• can proactively solve problems and have a hands on approach;
• strong sense of duty;
• availability to work on shifts;
• ability to work on a team environment;

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AT LEAST ONE YEAR IN OPERATING A CNC MACHINE TO QUALIFY -this is not an entry level position.

Expert Plant Manager

We are looking for an EXPERT PLANT MANAGER for our production unit, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• manage manufacturing operations to achieve set objectives and optimize operations in terms of timing, quality and quantity;
• efficient management of the work centers and related resources in order to effectively control the production flows, following the overall company policies and processes;
• stringent quality controls for the incoming materials and outgoing production to comply with the set quality parameters of the plant;
• management and overall supervision of the entire machinery set out, through a program of technical and maintenance checks through the internal maintenance staff and technical subcontractors;
• manage and maintain organizational effectiveness, through data analysis, by ensuring processes are in place to optimize resources, with focus on the overall objectives of the corporation in terms of quality, safety, productivity and environmental compliance, releasing timely reports;
• proactively solve critical problems and effectively manage multiple challenges;
• excellent Leadership and people management skills;
• Good proficiency of the English language.
